Fall Adventure

Hey everyone, Michelle here today with a new LO to share.  I am truly blessed that my daughter is such a willing model for me.  When I say let's go take some photos she always says yes.  These were taken last fall.  Fall is always the best time to take photos.  It's so beautiful.

I used a simple cut file from Paper Issues and the Golden Days collection from Fancy Pants.  There is a gorgeous collection of fall themed flair buttons in the shop.  It was easy to choose some for my LO!

This is one of my favorites.  I love the woodgrain!

SO pretty!

Let the adventure begin

Hey everyone, Michelle here again today with a new layout to share.  The Wish you were here collection is not only great for travel LO's but also for boy LO's.   I love that it has bright bold colors and also softer muted colors.  This collection could truly be used for any type of project!

Here's a photo of my son showing off his first driver's licence.  In Canada it is legal to drive a scooter on the road at just 14 years old!  As scary as that is for a mom, I was so very proud of him!

I used 2 cut files on this LO.  One from Paper Issues and one from JustNick.

I tend to always want to add a little black on my LO's.  Some simple splatters and doodling was all this one needed!

Sweet dreams

Hey everyone, Michelle here today with a new LO to share.  My heart did flip flops the first time I saw the Dream Big collection.   It is so very pretty!  I love the soft colors, the florals, the sweet saying...it's all so me!!

I decided to use this photo of my daughter when she was just a baby.  How in the world is my sweet baby girl already 14 years old?  I miss those baby curls!  I used a cloud cut file from JustNick to go along with the cloud die cuts in this collection.

I love adding lots of little embellishments to my LO's!

Lucky for great friends

Hey everyone, I'm back today with another LO using the beautiful Heart Background 4 file.   I used the Main Squeeze paper collection from Crate Paper.
SO this photo is from last fall when a bunch of my friends and I rented a secluded cottage in the woods for a full weekend of scrapbooking.  It was pure bliss.
This LO was pretty simple.  I backed some of the hearts with pattern paper and added some gelatos to the background just to make it more fun.  All it needed after was a few embellishments!

I love hearts!  I could use them on all my LO's!

Selfie Love

Hey everyone, it's Michelle here today with a new layout to share.  A Beautiful Day is such a gorgeous collection.  From the deep colors to the cork accents, it could truly be used for any type of LO!

For those of you with teenage girls, I think we can all agree it come with some challenges right?  Well it also comes with some perks.  I always have plenty of photos to scrap.  Selfies, snapshots, sports shots...I have so many to choose from.  These ones are just some silly selfies but they are so much fun!

This was a pretty simple LO to make.  I just used a circle punch with some pattern paper.  I then cut them in half and hand stitched them.

Took me a while to do the stitching.  I'm a very slow stitcher!  But I really like how it turned out!

Explore eat sleep

Hey everyone, Michelle here today with a new LO to share.  I went a little out of my comfort zone with this one.  I used the Soundwave stencil to create a background for this boy LO.  I cut it out using POW glitter paper from American Crafts.  If you've never tried this paper on your silhouette you should.  It cuts like a hot knife in butter!

This is my all time favorite photo of my son. It's so him.  He always need to figure out how things work and how they are made.

Hey everyone, Michelle here with my very first post for PLS!  I cannot even express how excited I was to be asked to join this team filled with such talented ladies!  Someone needs to pinch me because I still can't believe it!
For my first project I used the With All My Heart Collection.   What first caught my eye with this collection is the beautiful colors.  Teal, pink and yellow...yes please!  I used a cut file from The Cut Shoppe and backed it with some pretty floral papers.

I got so many bits and pieces with this collection.  I just had fun with it and went totally overboard.  My goodness I love embellishing LO's!
Here's a closer look.
